I think if the content is thin to words then using keywords twice at the max should be fine. If it is any longer then you can use synonyms for your main keyword and even variations of that synonym. Sure, no follow. I do have one question, though, and that is how to link back to amazon product pages not to pass juice link to those sites. I remember from your survival knife case study where you had outgoing amazon affiliate links from your product comparison table on your homepage and you were penalized for too many affiliate links so you reduced it to products.
If we include an Astore on our website, wouldnt it be penalized for having too many links on one page? You are not actually trying to rank that page for anything.
