We do everything. Our government was distributing items through organized societies. What little attention it received came from the original renters — Ghana Society for the Blind — and this was through charitable giving on the part of a proliferating array of internationally sponsored NGOs.
But with a global push toward rights-oriented programming for people with disabilities, a group formed the Ghana Society of the Physically Disabled GSPD in the early s.
